Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Going Live AI, a DBA of Coastal Packaging and Marketing LLC (“Going Live AI,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information in connection with our marketing website and our services (the “Services”).
1. Two Roles: Controller and Processor
As a controller. For personal information about our own clients, prospects, and website visitors, we decide how and why it is processed, and this Policy applies directly.
As a processor / service provider. When a client uses our platform to manage their own leads and customers, that client is the controller of the personal information they collect, and we process it on their behalf and under their instructions to provide the Services. If you are a lead or customer of one of our clients and have a question about your data, please contact that business directly; we will assist them as needed.
2. Information We Collect
- Account and billing information — name, business name, email, phone number, and payment details (card details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers).
- Client Data you put into the platform — contact records, deals, messages, notes, calendar events, form submissions, quotes, and similar records you or your users create.
- Usage and device data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and actions taken in the platform, collected through logs and standard web technologies.
- Communications — messages you send us for support, sales, or feedback.
- Marketing-attribution data — where a website form captures parameters such as UTM tags or click identifiers, those are stored with the resulting contact record.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- provide, operate, secure, and support the Services;
- process payments and manage subscriptions and invoices;
- communicate with you about your account, service changes, and support requests;
- send marketing communications about our Services, where permitted (you can opt out at any time);
- monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the Services, including aggregate and de-identified analytics; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
4. AI Features
Where you enable AI-assisted features (such as chat, SMS, or voice agents, or content assistance), the relevant conversation and context data is sent to our AI model provider through a gateway to generate a response. We instruct our providers not to use this data to train their models. Do not enter information into AI features that you are not authorized to disclose.
5. Service Providers (Subprocessors)
We share personal information with vendors that help us run the Services, each bound to protect it and use it only for that purpose. These currently include providers for:
- cloud hosting and application delivery;
- authentication and database (Google Firebase);
- payment processing (Stripe);
- transactional and marketing email (Resend);
- SMS, voice, and telephony (Twilio; Vapi for voice AI);
- background job scheduling (Upstash QStash);
- AI model access via a model gateway (OpenRouter);
- optional integrations you enable, such as website publishing, mapping, web-content retrieval, live chat, and analytics or advertising tags.
We may also disclose information to comply with law or legal process, to protect our rights, users, or the public, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice where required).
6. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses strictly necessary cookies to function and may use analytics or advertising tags where configured. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.
7. Data Retention
We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and thereafter as needed to comply with legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. Client Data is retained for the life of the account and made available for export for 30 days after termination, after which it may be deleted in the ordinary course.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Transfers
We operate in the United States, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of marketing, and to appeal a decision about a request. To exercise these rights for information we hold as a controller, contact us using the details below. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If your data is held by one of our clients as controller, direct your request to that business.
11. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
